Array Behavioral Care seeks a Licensed Teletherapist to provide virtual mental health services throughout Pennsylvania. This fully remote position is structured as W2 employment. Candidates must hold an active Pennsylvania license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
What You Will Do
- Conduct teletherapy sessions with clients using Array’s secure, HIPAA-compliant platform
- Focus exclusively on clinical care without commuting or office-related tasks
- Deliver care from a private, secure location of your choosing
Support and Stability
- W2 employment provides steady pay and job security
- Receive dedicated support to help build and maintain a consistent caseload
- Work in a setting that values continuity of care and long-term therapeutic relationships
- Licensure support is available for additional high-demand states, including coverage of costs and administrative assistance
