What We Are Looking For:Strong interest in maintenance technology. A Master's degree in aerospace engineering, mechatronics, or a related discipline. Preferably, prior experience in aircraft, engine, or component maintenance. A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work effectively both in teams and independently. Aspirations to develop into a maintenance technology expert. A keen sense for market opportunities, innovation, and product development. Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English, with proficiency at a B2 level or above.

Your Responsibilities:

In this role, you will provide our clients with innovative maintenance technology solutions. Your efforts will involve conceptualizing, designing, building, and testing technological advancements that enable maintenance organizations to minimize dull, dirty, and dangerous tasks through automation, robotic technologies, advanced sensor systems, and machine vision. You are hands-on, collaborative, and dedicated to developing your expertise in maintenance technology.

Furthermore, you will have a keen understanding of the potential applications of technology in maintenance. You will contribute to discussions and brainstorming sessions, generating innovative solutions in maintenance science and technology that create value for future clients. Your ideas will be transformed into tangible products, and you will work closely with colleagues from various disciplines within NLR.
