This position leads and manages the Seattle market, providing the entrepreneurial autonomy necessary to define and implement a growth strategy, enhance client retention across segments, and foster a high-performing team culture. As a pivotal member of the firm's 20-person national Managing Partner group, you will serve as the face of Mercer Advisors within the market. You will be responsible for personal production, team success, and the broader impact on the firm, contributing to strategic initiatives, developing future leaders, and advancing Mercer Advisors' long-term growth objectives.
