What You’ll Do
- Assume ownership of manufacturing processes on the production floor and drive continuous improvements using real performance data.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cycle time, scrap rate, yield, and equipment performance, translating insights into actionable improvements.
- Identify bottlenecks and variability within processes and implement structured enhancements to boost stability and throughput.
- Conduct root cause analysis for production deviations and quality concerns, ensuring that corrective actions are effective and sustainable.
- Refine workflows, layouts, and work instructions to elevate efficiency and repeatability.
- Facilitate the introduction of new products by defining robust, production-ready processes and ensuring a smooth ramp-up.
- Collaborate closely with operators, quality assurance, and engineering teams to foster a culture of operational excellence and data transparency.
