The Manufacturing Training Specialist will provide hands-on training to manufacturing personnel, ensuring they can safely, consistently, and efficiently operate production equipment and comprehend manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in streamlining onboarding, standardizing work practices, and enhancing overall performance through well-structured training programs.
We seek an engaging mentor who excels on the production floor, capable of simplifying complex machinery operations into straightforward, teachable steps. As a process-driven expert, you will replace informal shadowing methods with systematic, measurable training programs that prioritize safety and operational excellence. By collaborating closely with leadership and production teams, you will drive growth, ensuring every employee, whether a new hire or seasoned operator, is certified, confident, and performing at their best.
