Your Role
We are on the lookout for a talented Marketing Analytics Manager to enhance and broaden our Marketing Analytics capabilities. This is an individual contributor position (no direct reports) where your expertise will significantly shape our performance metrics, customer insights, and business growth strategies.
Utilizing your knowledge in Business Intelligence, data engineering, and marketing analytics, you will drive data-driven decisions across our Marketing and Go-To-Market (GTM) teams. You will be responsible for designing scalable data models, creating robust SQL queries, and developing Power BI dashboards, thereby reinforcing the reporting infrastructure that fuels our insights and growth.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive hands-on experience with Power BI and marketing data, ideally within a SaaS context. You should be adept at interpreting critical metrics, converting them into actionable business insights, and continuously enhancing our measurement frameworks. Your ability to communicate findings effectively, support regular reporting, and excel in rapid analysis scenarios will be crucial.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain automated Power BI dashboards for the Marketing and GTM teams.
Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to analyze KPIs related to marketing performance, funnel health, campaign effectiveness, and pipeline contribution.
Create scalable reporting frameworks that integrate disparate data and enable self-service analytics.
Ensure dashboards are user-friendly, accurate, high-performing, and aligned with established KPI definitions.
Work closely with data engineers on data ingestion, transformation, and pipeline management.
Identify and resolve data quality issues and inconsistencies across various marketing sources.
Develop comprehensive business context around metrics to enhance measurement frameworks and reporting methodologies.
Explore data anomalies and assist with ad hoc insight requests to support decision-making.
