We are looking for experienced Mechanical Commissioning Engineers with a strong background of 5 to 7 years in Data Center Commissioning to manage and execute all mechanical aspects of our commissioning projects.

Position Overview:
This role is crucial in supporting the development and execution of all mechanical components of assigned commissioning projects, from initial engagement through to project turnover to the client. Responsibilities include design reviews, checklist creation, safety support, script development, vendor coordination, testing, and report generation. The Mechanical Commissioning Engineer will assist in creating the mechanical test schedule, refining mechanical test procedures, reviewing project submissions for alignment with design intent and owner’s project requirements, and ensuring timely execution of mechanical system testing and related Building Automation Systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure safety protocols are adhered to during all mechanical tests.
- Facilitate comprehensive commissioning and performance acceptance testing for mechanical infrastructure systems.
- Develop mechanical test procedures, MOPS, SOOs, and checklists.
- Conduct QA/QC of all mechanical test procedures.
- Provide insights for the overall commissioning strategy.
- Prepare mechanical testing reports and contribute to daily updates for the Commissioning Project Manager.
- Actively participate in customer equipment Factory Witness Tests.
- Manage vendor coordination and relationships.
- Inspect equipment to verify compliance with vendor submissions.
- Supply documentation confirming that equipment is delivered, installed, and tested correctly to meet customer specifications.
- Support and review design specifications, manufacturer submittals, one-line drawings, and project documentation.
