Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Technical/Performance Tester to be part of our dynamic team. The successful candidate will possess extensive knowledge of performance testing and be adept in various testing methodologies. This role demands a proactive individual capable of managing multiple testing scenarios and collaborating effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Smoke Testing, Load/Performance Testing (including Baseline scenarios), SOAK Testing, and Regression Testing.
Acquire knowledge of, install, and configure a Custom Performance Testing Tool.
Comprehend System Architecture and Design, covering components, interfaces, protocols, data flows, dependencies, and configuration of systems under test.
Design Test Scenarios that align with documented test requirements.
Prepare and design Test Data to fulfill test requirements.
Create and manage test files efficiently.
Execute batches and jobs, ensuring thorough verification of results.
Track defects until resolution.
Engage collaboratively with team members and program participants.
Regularly report on progress and issues encountered.
