At Wolfpack, we take pride in the software we create for our clients. This pride is woven into our culture, encapsulated in our new slogan: “Pack of Hungry Creators.” These three pillars represent our core values: Teamwork & Trust, Learning & Dedication, Pride & Creation. Do these values resonate with you? If so, keep reading!
As a Mid-Level Backend Developer (C#), you will collaborate with fellow developers and product owners to deliver high-quality technical solutions and implementations that you can be proud of in a timely manner.
What You Tell Your Friends You Do:
"As a mid-level developer, I support junior developers by providing advice and constructive feedback on proposed solutions. Sharing knowledge and experience helps everyone grow. My day starts with catching up with the rest of the pack, followed by a daily stand-up. When someone hits a roadblock, I’m eager to help! I design and code scalable, event-driven microservices in C#, while staying current with the latest developments. Continuous learning is essential! Simultaneously, I work on cloud solutions in Azure. Data has always been crucial for our clients, and by 2025, it will be even more critical. I brainstorm with my colleagues to explore potential solutions that add value for our clients. At the end of the day, we unwind over a beer, discussing how we tackled our challenges."
But wait… what does that look like day-to-day?
You are a reliable team member who knows how to inspire colleagues about new technologies.
You implement more complex elements of a project in C#.
You investigate new possibilities with cloud solutions and can persuade teammates about new features that provide data-driven value for our current and future clients.
You ensure quality control within the team and establish standards.
You work closely with other developers and project managers, continuously developing your skills.
Develop, develop, develop, of course!
