About the Role:
- Deliver critical national infrastructure utilizing industry-leading tools to ensure security and availability.
- Possess exceptional communication skills, capable of leading projects from initial design to full implementation while taking ownership of solutions from start to finish.
- Engage in Project Engineering, including Low Level Design, implementation, and consultancy services.
- Provide expert-level support to clients and serve as an internal escalation point for support-related incidents as necessary.
- Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostics for network and security incidents.
- Mentor and guide junior team members.
