As a Network Engineer Level II at Prime System, you will play an essential role in enhancing the technical performance of our clients through expert-level support and innovative solutions. This position comes with significant responsibilities, including the resolution of intricate issues, implementation of effective solutions, and collaboration with clients and internal teams for seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-level technical support to clients, effectively addressing intricate hardware, software, and network challenges.
- Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve escalated incidents and service requests.
- Provide on-site support at client locations when necessary.
- Take the lead in monitoring and managing IT infrastructure for clients, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Implement and oversee routine maintenance, updates, and system optimizations.
- Lead initiatives to resolve complex IT incidents, documenting root causes and establishing preventive measures.
- Mentor Level I engineers in troubleshooting and resolution processes.
- Contribute to planning and executing IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and implementations.
- Maintain detailed documentation of client environments, configurations, and support procedures.
- Actively engage in developing knowledge bases and training materials.
- Work closely with clients to understand their technical requirements and offer proactive solutions.
- Effectively communicate with clients, providing status updates, technical insights, and recommendations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support organizational success.
