Position Overview

The Test Engineer is tasked with the development and execution of test strategies aimed at validating the performance, reliability, and quality of spacecraft subsystems and associated hardware.

This role requires close collaboration with product design teams and subsystem engineers to establish test parameters, formulate test plans, and enforce quality assurance processes. The Test Engineer will design and implement test campaigns, analyze results, and generate comprehensive reports to ensure compliance with engineering requirements and industry standards before integration and deployment.

This position operates on Shift 2, a night shift from Monday to Thursday, 6:00 p.m. to 4:30 a.m. (4x10 schedule).
