About the job

As an Analyst within the Office Services Transaction Team, you will play a pivotal role in crafting client pitches, undertaking market research, and executing financial and data analyses. This position is perfect for recent graduates or early-career professionals eager to establish a robust foundation in commercial real estate consulting and office leasing transactions.

 

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Consulting Assistance

  • Assist in the creation of proposals, RFP responses, and client presentations
  • Customize pitch materials to align with client specifications and industry trends
  • Update and manage internal best-practice tools, pitch templates, and case study libraries

Financial & Analytical Contributions

  • Facilitate lease cash flow modeling and comparative assessments of real estate alternatives
  • Contribute to the development of occupancy cost models and financial overviews
  • Create structured Excel analyses to aid client decision-making

Market Research & Insights

  • Conduct both secondary and primary research on office markets, tenants, developers, and sectors
  • Monitor rental prices, vacancy rates, absorption trends, new supply, and transaction activity
  • Keep abreast of government incentives, infrastructure projects, and regulatory changes affecting occupiers

Data Management & Automation

  • Continuously update CRM systems and internal databases
  • Assist in data cleansing, validation, and analytical tasks for dashboards and reports
  • Utilize analytical tools to uncover trends and insights that support business development

Team Collaboration & Coordination

  • Collaborate closely with transaction managers, research teams, and other internal departments
  • Support multi-city and cross-border projects through coordinated data gathering

Skills & Attributes

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint (experience with Power BI/Tableau is a plus)
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality outputs
  • A genuine interest in real estate markets and consulting methodologies
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
