What You Will Do:
As a pivotal figure within our Partnerships function, you will own the operational and performance frameworks that drive growth, measurement, and optimization across our Partnerships channel. Collaborating closely with Sales, Finance, and Data teams, you will provide clarity, structure, and insights into our performance metrics.
You will be responsible for the management of Partnerships dashboards and scorecards across HubSpot and Omni, ensuring leaders have real-time access to critical metrics. Proactively, you'll identify and rectify data inconsistencies in collaboration with the Data team, ensuring a seamless flow of information.
Your expertise in HubSpot will be crucial; you will design and manage views, reports, and functionalities, acting as a key point of escalation for sales inquiries while elevating CRM usage standards across the Partnerships team.
You will oversee the Partnerships budget and the biannual forecasting process, working in tandem with Finance and the Partnerships leadership team to instill rigor and accountability. Tracking and refining targets, incentives, and performance frameworks will ensure trusted measurement at the partner, representative, and channel levels.
Data analytics will be integral to your role. You will continuously review and analyze data from HubSpot and other sources to drive insights that inform strategy and decision-making.
