Gopuff is seeking motivated Operations Associates to become vital members of our operations team. Reporting directly to a Site Leader, Operations Associates are integral to our success, reflecting qualities such as determination, positivity, and a zest for challenges. Your responsibilities will include a variety of operational tasks such as picking and packing orders, receiving and managing inventory, and collaborating with our delivery drivers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently pick and pack items for customer dispatch
- Receive and unpack product shipments from vendors; ensure inventory accuracy
- Manage inventory and re-shelve canceled orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and facilities
- Adhere to FIFO practices to minimize waste and spoilage
- Communicate with customers regarding substitutions or out-of-stock items
- Safely handle, scan, and move products
- Engage in physical activities such as standing, bending, and walking during shifts
- Utilize equipment like carts, pallet jacks, and dollies to transport products
- Handle products that may contain tobacco, nicotine, or alcohol
- Occasionally work in freezers during shifts
- Ascend multiple flights of stairs throughout the day
- Prepare quality beverages and food items per standards
- Ensure accuracy in food and beverage packaging for delivery
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Organize kitchen facilities and monitor waste management
- Prepare and stage orders for handoff.
