About the Role:
The Operations Executive (OE) or Senior Operations Executive (Sr. OE) is the key owner of the assigned service areas within the Branch, responsible for all operational actions outlined in the job responsibilities. This role includes ensuring the provision of qualified technicians for service execution, focusing on Residential, Small Accounts, and SMEs.
Job Responsibilities:
A. Core Operations
● Maintain a constant availability of qualified (trained & certified) technicians per Technical Training Guidelines.
● Mentor and train assigned technicians to enhance service quality and customer retention in line with Technical Training Guidelines and service SOPs.
● Ensure technicians have access to recommended preparations, materials, and service tools as per service SOPs.
● Conduct daily stand-up meetings to communicate safety measures and special instructions to technicians for effective job execution based on information from the Sales Team/Service Docket.
● Facilitate effective usage of SCP devices by technicians, troubleshoot SCP issues, and provide refresher training as necessary.
● Keep all On-Site service documentation in the 'Partner Kit' current, adhering to contractual obligations and myRentokil standards for myR customers.
● Enforce service SOP compliance, SHE golden rules, ATEX, and PINK NOTE by both self and assigned technicians.
● Conduct a minimum of 15 customer visits weekly, including surprise visits, route rides, TPA, customer complaints, and pest audits for Residential and Small Accounts, including QSRs.
● Ensure adherence to the Approved Preparations List (APL) for all service preparations, products, and materials.
● Maintain material storage according to best practices, ensuring proper disposal of empty containers, used TG/Control boards, pesticide wrappers, and damaged materials as per SOP.
● Establish and adhere to a proper maintenance and repair schedule for equipment.
● In cases of colleague absence or vacant positions, ensure iCABS entries are made to meet the operations KPI of the Branch.
