This position holds responsibility for shaping local safety and engagement efforts. The Operations Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams and headquarters stakeholders to ensure drivers and riders benefit from a safe and reliable service. The work directly impacts the day-to-day experience of drivers in Baku and contributes to Bolt’s commitment to a high-quality platform.
Main responsibilities
- Analyze data to improve driver safety, engagement, and the overall health of the marketplace.
- Design and implement local safety initiatives to reduce incidents and build trust in the platform.
- Develop and run driver engagement programs aimed at increasing retention, satisfaction, and performance.
- Monitor key safety and engagement KPIs, spotting trends, risks, and areas for improvement.
