Minimum Qualifications:Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is preferred. A minimum of 4 years of Retail Management experience is required. Ability to multitask and problem-solve, along with strong analytical and time management skills. Excellent interpersonal skills to engage effectively with a diverse range of individuals. Self-motivated team player capable of managing multiple activities simultaneously. Proactive and process-oriented. Results-driven with the capability to collaborate across all organizational levels and build consensus. Proven ability to influence and partner with management to identify, develop, and implement compliance processes and improvements. Flexibility to adapt to different work groups and styles.

About the job

As a vital member of our team, reporting directly to the Director of Operations Support, the Operations Support Compliance Auditor will play a crucial role in assessing and enhancing compliance and operational efficiency at our store locations. This position involves daily visits to stores for regular audits, ensuring that operational tasks meet our high standards. Establishing strong credibility and collaborative relationships with Monro field teammates and leadership is essential, as this role bridges the Store Support Center and Field Management. A positive and constructive attitude is fundamental to success in this position.

Compensation: The salary range for this position is $68,000 - $85,000, with opportunities for additional compensation and incentives based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Tire Cycle Counts (TCC), Oil Cycle Counts (OCC), Physical Inventories (PI), Lift Inspections, Safety Audits, and Building & Equipment Inspections.
  • Provide training to teammates on TCCs, OCCs, PIs, and inspections.
  • Occasionally assist Loss Prevention with investigations.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Internal Audit to develop remediation activities.
  • Propose recommendations for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
  • Participate in POS Testing as required.
  • Assist with various projects and perform other duties as assigned.
  • Plan and prepare for Store Compliance visits up to 13 weeks in advance.
  • Communicate audit results with Store and District leadership.

Communication Skills:

  • Work closely with Field Leadership to ensure timely execution of compliance initiatives.
  • Foster strong partnerships within both the Store Support Center and field teams.
