- Possess 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite Supply Chain Management (SCM).
- Demonstrated involvement in at least two full-cycle implementations, upgrades, rollouts, or support projects.
- In-depth understanding of Procure to Pay (P2P), Return to Vendor (RTV), Order to Cash (O2C), Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), Inbound Receipt (IR-ISO), Back-to-Back, and Drop Shipment processes.
- Solid foundational knowledge of SCM business flows and accounting principles.
- Expertise in Purchasing, Inventory, and Order Management setups.
- Familiarity with System Administrator tasks, including managing menus, functions, responsibilities, and users.
- Active participation in the Go-Live phase, providing support throughout the ERP lifecycle, including requirements gathering, setup, testing, user training, and post-implementation assistance.
- Experience in integrating with other modules.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage pressure, prioritize conflicting tasks, and adapt to changing operational workloads.
- Self-motivated and decisive with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Working knowledge of data grooming and data conversion processes.
- Basic understanding of financial modules.
- Knowledge of Inventory Reconciliation practices.
