Qualifications
Essential Functions:Collaborate with leadership to strategize a sales plan aimed at building a robust prospect list to sustain existing business and attract new clients. Engage in full-cycle prospecting, including lead qualification, cold outreach, and delivering compelling sales presentations. Leverage your expertise in mobile hydraulic sales and product applications to provide tailored solutions that meet customer equipment and operational requirements. Work in tandem with customer service and technical support teams to achieve and surpass your sales targets. Effectively utilize tools such as MS Outlook, MS Excel, and CRM software to organize and manage your time and territory efficiently. Experience, Education, & Skills:Possess a two- or four-year Technical Diploma, ideally in engineering or fluid power disciplines, or have equivalent training and experience. Fluid Power certification is a valuable asset. Minimum of 2 years of industrial sales experience, specifically with mobile hydraulic equipment customers or OEMs. Background in value-added industrial sales is highly advantageous. Demonstrated product application and troubleshooting experience with hydraulic systems is preferred. Strong ability to establish and nurture business relationships. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Proficient in computer applications is required. A valid driver’s license is mandatory. Willingness to travel overnight may be required.
