Qualifications
Prior experience in customer service, particularly in hospitality, retail, financial services, or similar sectors is highly preferred. Strong communication skills in both English and a second language (bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply). Ability to engage positively and professionally with customers. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in transaction processing. Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and handling cash transactions. Ability to resolve issues effectively and escalate to management as necessary. Commitment to maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.
