Position Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will be the face of PLS, serving as the primary contact for our valued customers. Your role encompasses delivering outstanding service, educating clients about our diverse range of products, and upholding company standards. You will also ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Educate customers on our financial products and services to enhance their experience.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations during all transactions.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures consistently.
  • Maintain a balanced cash drawer and ensure the accuracy of all cash handling.
  • Utilize our point-of-sale system to efficiently process transactions and access information.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or escalate them to the Store Manager as necessary.
  • Contribute to a clean and welcoming store environment for customers and team members.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in customer service, preferably in financial services, retail, or hospitality.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
  • Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and computer applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work overnight shifts.
