Your proactive approach to managing requests and maintaining organization will be vital to our team's success.WHAT YOU'LL DOSupport program leadership by planning and coordinating visits from Anduril’s customers and VIP USG representatives.Address customer inquiries regarding Anduril infrastructure (including badging, IT, and visit requests).Coordinate and execute program-level reviews of engineering, finance, and schedule data.Manage and track team security clearances.Effectively oversee the program calendar and individual schedules.Assist with special projects for the Program Leadership Team as required.Respond to internal and external meeting requests.Arrange travel, accommodations, itineraries, and manage all related correspondence.Serve as the primary point of contact for external guests.Collaborate effectively with cross-departmental teams.
