Position Overview:
As a pivotal member of our front desk team, you will serve as the first point of contact for our valued clients and colleagues. We are seeking a motivated Part-Time Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to our Real Estate Sales Professionals at our Lincoln Square and Edison Park offices in Chicago.
The ideal candidate will have a customer-centric attitude, keen attention to detail, proficient computer skills, and strong communication abilities. This role, reporting directly to our Chief of Staff, requires high energy and professionalism. While real estate experience is a plus, it is not a prerequisite; what matters most is your enthusiasm and commitment to excellence.
This is a part-time, in-office position with hours from Thursday to Sunday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Reliable transportation is required to commute between our two office locations.
