Your primary focus will be on enhancing occupancy and boosting revenue performance. What You’ll Do:

Sales & Leasing

  • Convert leads into leases through engaging phone, online, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Conduct impactful tours that address needs, create urgency, and lead to successful closures.
  • Proactively nurture leads to optimize conversion rates.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of pricing, availability, and market competition.
  • Consistently meet or exceed community leasing goals and occupancy targets.
  • Implement strategies to drive traffic, generate qualified leads, and enhance revenue.
  • Respond to inquiries promptly with a sales-oriented mindset.

Resident Experience

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and exemplify the values of Peak Made and your community.
  • Quickly build rapport and personalize each interaction with prospects.
  • Foster resident satisfaction to encourage renewals and referrals.

Community Operations Support

  • Accurately complete leasing paperwork and collect necessary deposits.
  • Ensure CRM data integrity and maintain prospect information.
  • Assist in maintaining office appearance and model readiness.
  • Support the annual turnover process effectively.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of the property and competitive landscape.
  • Participate in market surveys as needed.
  • Handle various administrative responsibilities.
  • Assist with move-in and move-out events, including deposit collection and related fees.

What You’ll Need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of sales or leasing experience.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales, leasing, or conversion targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Yardi, Entrata, RealPage, or similar platforms.
  • Strong follow-up skills with evidence of multi-channel outreach (calls, emails, texts).
  • Ability to deliver high levels of prospect satisfaction through timely follow-ups and tailored tours.
  • Availability to work weekends and during peak leasing hours.
