Join our leadership team at Faherty Brand as a Part-Time Sales Lead in Austin, where you'll roll up your sleeves and guide our team to success. Your role will involve collaborating with fellow leaders to ensure the efficient execution of our company standards and directives. By leveraging advanced planning, time management, and team development, you'll foster an inclusive environment that reflects the values and culture of Faherty Brand. You'll provide in-the-moment feedback to maintain a positive atmosphere while driving individual and team performance. Your insights will be crucial for representing our brand positively and maximizing results across our core business areas: People, Sales, Visual Merchandising, and Operations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Sales

  • Foster a store environment that embodies our core value of Spreading Good Vibes.
  • Handle in-store sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
  • Enhance guest capture and retention by maintaining current client information, requests, and product feedback.

Business and Financial Acumen

  • Examine key business metrics to pinpoint opportunities for performance enhancement.
  • Utilize business tools and personal insights to drive impactful results.

Networking

  • Plan and execute in-store events in collaboration with the Store Leader.
  • Establish and nurture a strong presence within the local community.

 

Operations

Product Lifecycle Management

  • Oversee in-store fulfillment of customer orders, ensuring they are picked, packed, and shipped from the store.
  • Manage the receipt of scheduled product shipments.
  • Conduct inventory audits to identify discrepancies.
  • Facilitate inventory transfers between stores and the warehouse.
  • Adjust stock levels for various reasons as necessary.
  • Administer regularly scheduled store inventories.

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure effective cash management, including opening and closing registers and managing bank deposits.
  • Cultivate a disciplined culture focused on operational excellence.
  • Guarantee timely execution of company initiatives and directives.
