Join the vibrant team at Eusebi’s, an acclaimed restaurant and deli located in Glasgow’s West End, as we expand our offsite bakery. We are seeking a talented and experienced Pastry Sous Chef/Baker to create exceptional desserts, artisanal breads, and sourdough focaccia for our award-winning culinary establishment.
This is a unique opportunity to work alongside a passionate Head Pastry Chef who brings strong hospitality expertise. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of five years of professional baking experience, demonstrating proficiency in crafting a variety of baked goods, including breads, donuts, focaccia, and savory pastries. Skills in dessert preparation and decoration will be highly regarded.
As a key member of our bakery team, you will work 45 hours per week over five days, with shifts from 5 AM to 2 PM. Our bakery operates seven days a week, ensuring a dynamic and engaging work environment.
