As a Payroll Supervisor, you will:
- Manage the complete payroll process for all employees, handling salary calculations, deductions, bonuses, and end-of-service payments.
- Guarantee timely and accurate payroll processing in compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with Operations teams to verify attendance, leaves, and shift schedules prior to payroll execution.
- Work closely with Finance departments to ensure precise data integration and alignment.
- Maintain comprehensive employee records, including new hires, resignations, promotions, transfers, and contract updates within the payroll system.
- Resolve payroll-related inquiries from employees promptly and effectively.
- Continuously monitor and adapt to changes in payroll legislation, updating internal policies as necessary.
- Propose improvements to payroll processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
