The Role
We are seeking a proactive and influential People Partner who will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across various key functions. In this high-impact role, you will translate business strategies into actionable people priorities, tackle complex personnel challenges, and contribute significantly to building a scalable organization while preserving our culture during times of substantial change.
Key Responsibilities
Business Partnering: Establish credible relationships with leaders, align people initiatives with business goals, and provide forward-thinking counsel during periods of transformation and growth.
Talent & Performance: Lead performance management efforts, succession planning, and talent pipeline discussions; assist hiring managers in constructing high-performing teams.
Employee Relations & Compliance: Oversee employee relations cases comprehensively, including disciplinary actions, grievances, restructures, and exits, ensuring legal compliance and a commercial perspective. Stay updated on UK and international employment laws.
Organisational Effectiveness: Collaborate on organizational design, restructuring, and change management initiatives. Utilize people data and analytics to identify trends, diagnose challenges, and inform strategic decisions.
Culture & Engagement: Act as a champion for Lendscape's values throughout periods of change. Facilitate engagement survey cycles, action planning, and ensure leader accountability.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably within high-growth technology environments
- A self-motivated individual who takes initiative, anticipates needs, and drives results proactively
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and operate effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Experience in organizational design, restructuring, and change management
- Robust experience in employee relations case management
- Commercially adept, data-driven, and focused on execution
- Empathetic, collaborative, and comfortable navigating ambiguity
- CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience preferred; strong knowledge of UK employment law is essential, and global employment law knowledge is advantageous
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms and people analytics
