In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting policy renewals, generating new business opportunities, and providing exceptional service tailored to our client's needs. Collaborating closely with producers and carriers, you will ensure that each client is equipped with the appropriate property and casualty coverage.

Job Overview: As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you will handle incoming service and sales calls related to personal lines. Your responsibilities will include managing customer requests such as vehicle adjustments, coverage modifications, lienholder updates, billing inquiries, payment processing, cross-selling, and providing new quotes. You will also address various insurance-related questions to ensure comprehensive customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide knowledgeable and professional customer service to all client inquiries.
  • Manage incoming calls for new business and effectively cross-sell additional services.
  • Assess customer needs and implications related to service requests, including coverage impacts.
  • Identify coverage gaps during routine service interactions and educate customers on risk mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all customer interactions and updates to client records.
  • Implement effective follow-up systems to ensure customer satisfaction and transaction verification.
  • Leverage technology to efficiently execute tasks and service requests.
  • Utilize extensive knowledge of personal lines products and agency policies to provide superior customer service.
  • Draft and send correspondence as necessary, and complete additional tasks as required to support the team.
  • Assist in service activities to support team objectives and management as needed.
