What You Bring to the Table:
- Veterinary or Animal Care Experience: Background in a veterinary clinic or animal care environment.
- Customer Service Excellence: A proven track record of providing client-centered, high-quality service.
Your Responsibilities:
- Client Support & Coordination: Be the welcoming face of our clinic, guiding pet parents through a seamless experience from check-in to check-out.
- Schedule Management: Oversee and optimize the clinic's daily schedule to ensure smooth operational flow.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with veterinarians, technicians, and fellow associates to deliver top-notch patient care.
- Problem-Solving: Maintain composure in fast-paced environments, addressing clinic needs with professionalism.
- Clear Communication & Guidance: Keep pet parents informed and supported throughout their visit.
- This role requires onsite work across multiple clinic locations, including weekend shifts.
