Role Overview: Phlebotomist and Administrative Assistant

This position, known internally as Lab Services Specialist/Member Support Specialist, is based in Seattle, WA. The role blends direct patient care with administrative support. Responsibilities include performing venipuncture, supporting clinical services, and ensuring patients have a smooth, welcoming experience in the office. Flex Lab Services Specialist/Member Support Specialists may assist at multiple offices within the local market.

What You Will Do

  • Perform specimen collection, including venipuncture, for patients
  • Support the front desk and clinical operations as needed
  • Serve as a patient ambassador, providing a welcoming and helpful presence
  • Collaborate with Practice Coordinators, Operations Managers, and healthcare providers to address patient needs
  • Identify and act on opportunities to improve the patient experience
  • Travel to and assist at multiple office locations within the Seattle market as required
