Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Develop and review detailed master construction programs and project controls for ongoing projects. Prepare and deliver progress reports and reviews to senior management. Collaborate with key stakeholders to assess project progress, identify risks, and facilitate effective problem-solving. Establish and manage project schedule resource requirements throughout all phases: pre-construction, construction, and commissioning. Create and maintain reporting tools to monitor project milestones and goals. Provide performance updates and variance reports, proposing corrective actions as necessary. Represent the Planning function in client and subcontractor meetings, ensuring clear communication of schedule statuses and planning concerns. Support account management and business development by nurturing long-term client relationships. Take ownership of assigned projects while assisting colleagues on other projects as needed. Ensure alignment of project planning practices with company standards while contributing to continuous improvement efforts. Skills, Qualifications & Experience:A degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. At least 6+ years of relevant experience in the construction industry, ideally within a main contracting setting. Experience with large-scale projects, particularly in the data center or high-tech industrial sectors. Strong understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, and planning processes. Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or Asta Powerproject; familiarity with BIM/digital construction tools is highly desirable. Exceptional analytical and logical thinking abilities, with a solid grasp of programming techniques and typical production rates. Outstanding communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex planning concepts effectively.
