Qualifications
ResponsibilitiesPre-Sales Activities: Collaborate with Business Development Managers in customer meetings, position Help AG's technical solutions, understand customer environments, and manage expectations. Maintain strong customer relationships, recognize technical requirements, and create new sales opportunities through upselling and cross-selling. Assist in strategic account planning from a technology standpoint. Ensure the technical success of implementations through collaboration with project and implementation teams. Support the sales process by leveraging Help AG’s defined solutions and managing customer expectations for successful transactions. Engage vendor presales and Help AG’s technology leads as necessary, acting as the technical interface to customers. Develop high-quality technical content for proposals, including drawings, project plans, technical compliance, and RFP requirements. Define the scope of work (SOW) for proposed solutions. Manage and oversee proof of concept (POC) activities with customers, including scope, success criteria, technical requirements, timelines, and results presentation. Assist in closing sales opportunities with a focus on technical aspects. Build and assist in creating LAB environments. OT Security Expertise: Empower Help AG team members across various departments in OT security technologies. Identify and obtain necessary certifications for yourself and the team, providing quarterly updates on certification levels and maintenance activities. Contribute to the development of Help AG's technology portfolio, especially in OT security technologies and their integrations.
