Key ResponsibilitiesExecution: Lead and implement complex, cross-functional initiatives that support the People Team’s strategic goals. Identify risks and dependencies while ensuring strategy is translated into actionable tasks. Strategy & Analysis: Collaborate with leaders to define challenges, structure initiatives, and conduct both quantitative and qualitative analyses to guide decision-making processes. Utilize data to uncover insights, identify trends, and evaluate impact. Program & Project Management: Manage the end-to-end planning and delivery of strategic programs. Develop detailed project plans, establish governance structures, monitor progress, and ensure accountability across various workstreams. Problem Solving & Agility: Approach ambiguous challenges with a resourceful, solutions-oriented mindset. Proactively identify barriers, adapt strategies, and guide teams through uncertainty towards successful outcomes. Operational Rhythm & Governance: Assist in the creation and facilitation of operating cadences such as quarterly planning sessions, strategy reviews, and leadership team updates. Stakeholder Partnership: Cultivate trusted relationships with People Team leaders and cross-functional partners, including Finance, Tech, and Legal, to align on priorities and clarify objectives.

The role reports directly to the Director, Head of People Strategy & Programs.
