Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and conduct experiments to validate new materials and characterize emerging processes and equipment. Analyze process data and defect trends to identify root causes of yield loss, implementing corrective measures as needed. Design and execute efficient manufacturing flows for new products, ensuring seamless compatibility across various unit operations while upholding safety standards throughout production processes. Collaborate with design, equipment, and materials engineers to overcome integration challenges and align on performance objectives. Maintain comprehensive process specifications, flowcharts, and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) documentation. Required Skills and QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of hands-on process development and/or engineering experience, preferably in materials-centric sectors such as semiconductors, battery technology, specialty chemicals, or advanced composites. Proficiency in statistical software and the application of Statistical Process Control (SPC). Exceptional capability to communicate technical data effectively to both technical teams and management stakeholders. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
