- As a Process Validation Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the compliance and consistency of validation practices within our pharmaceutical manufacturing facility, adhering to both corporate and regulatory standards.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage trial runs of production processes to validate equipment and processes, ensuring thorough documentation is completed.
- Collaborate with project engineers and other departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of both new and existing equipment capabilities.
- Evaluate critical process parameters to guarantee reliability and quality, while meticulously documenting the results to support the processes.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of the function, design, and application of the equipment within your assigned responsibilities.
- Deliver updates, reports, and presentations as required to department staff, plant personnel, and regulatory bodies.
- Contribute significantly to maintaining the integrity of the manufacturing processes.
