This role centers on analyzing user behavior in the payment funnel and using those insights to improve conversion. Expect to work with large volumes of transactional data, tracing user journeys from checkout through to completed payments. The goal: identify friction points, understand their impact, and support product decisions with clear, actionable recommendations.

What You Will Do

Product Analytics and Funnel Optimization
- Measure conversion rates at each stage of the payment funnel, from checkout start to successful payment.
- Pinpoint where users drop off and assess how these points affect performance.
- Spot opportunities to streamline user flow, reduce friction, and improve conversion.

Experimentation and A/B Testing
- Work with product teams to design and run A/B tests.
- Set up hypotheses, define metrics for success, and create testing plans.
- Review outcomes and present data-backed recommendations.

- Build and maintain dashboards that track product performance and conversion trends.
- Prepare structured reports to monitor key metrics and spot shifts over time.
- Translate analysis into practical insights for product development.
