Your Role
Develop Cutting-Edge AI Agents: Collaborate closely with engineers and clients to design and launch enterprise-level AI agents capable of managing thousands of customer interactions daily.
Customer Engagement: Connect with stakeholders at all levels to:
Identify and evaluate their needs.
Deliver compelling demonstrations of Sierra’s AI solutions.
Resolve technical hurdles by collaborating with technical teams.
Enhance AI agents to align with and anticipate customer requirements.
Serve as a trusted advisor, influencing our clients' strategic technical approaches.
Drive the Product Roadmap: Partner with engineering and product teams to define and implement vital features that ensure customer success.
Who You Are
5-7+ years of experience in product management, specifically for highly technical products.
Proven track record of delivering successful AI or software products.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
