Role overview
The Product Operations Manager (remote, US-based) joins the PMO team to strengthen how Product and Engineering teams work together at scale. This senior individual contributor leads the operating model for product delivery, shaping and refining processes for planning, tracking, and launching new products. The role ensures that customer and market feedback directly informs the product development cycle, supporting a continuous improvement mindset.
With broad influence across Research & Development (Product Management, Product Design, Engineering) and Go-To-Market teams (Marketing, Customer Success, Sales), the Product Operations Manager acts as a connector. The position brings structure and clarity to important cross-functional projects and helps teams operate more effectively.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain shared terminology, documentation, tools, and processes for product planning and reporting. Oversee the full pipeline from idea intake through evaluation, prioritization, and delivery.
- Align cross-functional teams on program objectives, strategies, scope, timelines, and outcomes. Promote transparent communication and accountability among stakeholders.
- Facilitate quarterly planning meetings with teams across the company. Support the creation of projects and epics, work intake, and prioritization efforts.
- Standardize and improve product development workflows from discovery through delivery and iteration. Enhance sprint rituals and roadmap planning.
