About the Role
As a Project Administrator, you are a vital link within our Global Project Services (GPS) project organization. Your responsibilities include planning and monitoring the deployment of both internal and third-party personnel. Additionally, you will ensure that personnel administration and associated processes are accurately maintained.
You will collaborate extensively with various internal teams and international partners, ensuring that each day presents new challenges in planning and administration.
Key responsibilities include:
Monitoring the performance of third-party personnel, including international and offshore projects.
Preparing personnel and resource planning.
Maintaining accurate personnel administration, including external contracts.
Managing visa and work permit processes for international staff.
Serving as the point of contact for internal teams.
