Job Overview
As a Project Manager at Saronic, you will play a pivotal role in steering the planning, execution, and successful delivery of critical operations-related initiatives that are essential for the organization's growth. Your leadership will ensure that Saronic’s projects not only meet but also enhance the rapid development of products, processes, and overall operational efficiency. You will manage the entire project lifecycle, which encompasses developing project plans, setting schedules, securing resources, leading teams, and engaging with stakeholders to provide regular updates while proactively managing project risks across various departments including Technical Media, IT, Mission Services, and Supply Chain.
Responsibilities
Oversee the complete lifecycle of operations-related projects from initiation through to execution and delivery.
Craft detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
Coordinate and foster collaboration among cross-functional teams across various departments.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies to guarantee timely and high-quality deliverables.
Facilitate open communication among project stakeholders, leadership, and team members through regular updates and comprehensive reports.
Define and manage project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with organizational goals.
Contribute to the continuous enhancement of operational processes, documentation, and support systems to improve efficiency and scalability.
Lead project team meetings, documenting notes and action items while promoting a culture of accountability and collaborative execution.
Utilize project management tools and methodologies to ensure transparency, thorough documentation, and operational consistency.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in project management, ideally within an operations or technology-driven environment.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
Proficient in project management software and methodologies.
Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and manage changing priorities.
