Progressoft is seeking an accomplished Project Manager who can adeptly function as both a Project Manager and Business Analyst. In the role of Project Manager, you will oversee various IT projects, reporting to the Project Management Office. Your collaboration with clients, stakeholders, senior executives, project teams, and IT subject matter experts will be crucial in ensuring project deliverables are met with excellence and customer satisfaction.
As a Business Analyst, your role will involve eliciting, analyzing, validating, and verifying business process solutions and project requirements. You will play a vital part in facilitating the testing of these solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate effectively with team members across all project phases.
- Lead project planning, coordination, and management from initiation through post-production support.
- Act as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and support teams, facilitating project implementation and ongoing support.
- Draft requirement specifications in accordance with established templates and tools.
- Break down high-level business requirements into detailed structured requirements, including use cases, user stories, and business rules.
- Lead the requirements elicitation process, ensuring clarity and compliance with standards.
- Develop comprehensive Business Requirements Documents, utilizing models, prototypes, or wireframes as necessary.
- Engage in requirements prioritization and solution risk assessment.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing, drafting UAT test plans and ensuring availability of test data.
- Participate actively in testing and quality assurance processes.
- Work closely with developers and end-users to ensure that application functionalities align with client needs and to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish technical vision, balancing usability and performance requirements.
