About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Manager with a proven track record in Digital Media and Localization project management. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of current and emerging technologies and workflows, with the ability to manage tight deadlines, anticipate risks, and take ownership of projects. Exceptional communication skills and the adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple projects from client order to final delivery
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of client specifications and requirements
- Foster strong relationships with clients and ensure timely delivery of high-quality assets
- Maintain clear communication with various clients and internal teams
- Design project plans and workflows, managing time, budget, resources, and quality control
- Track timelines and set realistic expectations for daily deliveries
- Provide strategic solutions to client-related issues
- Collaborate with operational teams to streamline processes and enhance the client experience
- Identify opportunities to improve clients’ experiences and partner with department leaders to implement initiatives
- Adhere to security policies and safeguard entrusted information assets
- Perform other related tasks as necessary to fulfill responsibilities
Qualifications
- Fluent in Korean and English
