Project Manager, Client Service

What You'll Do:
- Act as the primary contact for managing daily client relationships and service delivery.
- Lead a team of Associates to fulfill client requests involving research and due diligence on industry trends, market opportunities, and innovative products and technologies.
- Provide training to Associates on best practices for Advisor sourcing, recruiting, interaction, and screening to ensure optimal matches for client projects.
- Collaborate closely with the Business Development teams to enhance client engagement with Guidepoint’s services.
- Partner with other Project Managers to offer industry insights for various projects and workshops.
What You Have:
- A Bachelor’s degree.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English.
- Over 2 years of experience in client or account management.
- Previous experience in project or people management.
- Preferred background in market research, agency, or consulting sectors.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Proven capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
