What Will You Do?
As an Infrastructure Project Manager, you will coordinate various infrastructure projects in the Noord-Brabant and Limburg regions. In this position, you will guide your colleagues on-site during project execution while liaising with the head office regarding project progress. Our project managers are provided with a company car, giving you a mobile office. You will be responsible for planning the work, managing materials, and ensuring that all operational team members adhere to safety protocols. Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting and managing daily briefings with operational colleagues, foremen, and project planners;
Monitoring the progress of different infrastructure projects based on pre-established plans;
Determining the overall budget for each infrastructure project and monitoring it weekly;
Creating personnel schedules and coordinating with external recruitment agencies regarding hired personnel performance;
Acting as the main point of contact for all stakeholders in the infrastructure field, both external and internal;
Managing relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours a week with working days from Monday to Friday. Your project schedules will dictate your working hours.
