Qualifications
Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Water Resources, Environmental Engineering, or a related engineering discipline. Minimum of 8 years of experience in hydrology and hydraulics, serving either public sector or private consulting clients. Demonstrated expertise in rainfall runoff modeling and statistical hydrology. At least 3 years of experience in a project management role. Current registration as a Professional Engineer (P. E.) in the state of California. Experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and mentoring technical professionals. Proven track record in business development and enhancing client relationships. A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required, as the position entails operating a vehicle for work-related travel. Preferred Qualifications:Strong existing relationships and experience collaborating with California agencies and public sector clients. Direct experience in stormwater management projects.
