Qualifications
Your Core Responsibilities:Design, build, and maintain high-performance Python applications that bolster quantitative research and trading. Collaborate closely with Quant Researchers and Traders to transform research concepts into scalable, production-ready systems. Develop and enhance research frameworks, simulation environments, and backtesting capabilities. Optimize data pipelines and workflows to enhance research speed and model iteration. Take ownership of systems from design through to deployment and continuous enhancement. Implement automation and tools to boost efficiency and reliability in the research lifecycle. Balance performance, scalability, and maintainability within a complex, high-performance setting.
