Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related discipline. At least 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance within the pharmaceutical sector, with a strong grasp of cGMP, regulatory compliance, and quality management principles, alongside expertise in validation activities for both sterile and non-sterile operations. Proven experience in team management and leading audits, with a robust background in managing diverse customer requirements and technology transfer projects, ensuring timely communication with stakeholders. Exceptional English language skills, along with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication capabilities. Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams across various geographical regions. Solid experience in new product project management, technology transfer, and product launches in alignment with EU standards.

Position Overview:

We are in search of a driven and skilled Quality Assurance Section Head to become a key member of our vibrant team. This role is integral to our mission of promoting human health and ensuring that we uphold the highest standards of excellence within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Quality Assurance department to guarantee adherence to regulatory standards and the effective implementation of quality management systems.
  • Formulate, evaluate, and authorize quality policies, procedures, and specifications, while overseeing their implementation to ensure compliance with cGMP and pertinent guidelines.
  • Conduct thorough audits and assessments of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and documentation to ensure compliance and pinpoint opportunities for improvement.
  • Oversee the CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) processes, ensuring timely and effective resolution of quality-related issues.
  • Facilitate training initiatives to enhance team members' understanding of quality assurance practices, cGMP, and regulatory obligations.
