MeBe delivers evidence-based therapies for children with autism and other special needs in Oceanside. The team blends playful engagement with multidisciplinary treatments, including Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Applied Behavior Analysis. The goal is to empower families, professionals, and communities through education and practical training based on proven techniques.
Role overview
Registered Behavior Technicians at MeBe play a key part in helping children with autism reach their potential. This position involves collaborating closely with a team of specialists, supporting children’s development, and contributing to a positive, supportive environment. Each day brings opportunities to make a real difference in the lives of families and children.
Training and support
MeBe offers a comprehensive ABA training program based on the Vincent Carbone method. New hires receive two weeks of paid training to prepare for the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) exam. Experienced Supervisors provide ongoing mentorship, guidance, and answers to questions as you build your skills.
